All material original to Raucous Underground is the property of Raucous Underground, James Baker and the original creator if not created by James Baker. James Baker withholds the right to move or remove any content officially submitted to the site by other members of the staff or users. Material officially submitted to the site still remains the property of its original creator with the acknowledgement that Raucous Underground and James Baker retain certain rights to display, move, or remove said material and, in some cases with permission, redistribute.
